2. Membership Tiers
We offer four levels of membership to foster engagement and learning. These are not monetized and are based on participation, involvement, and personal spiritual growth.

Membership is free and voluntary, and we reserve the right to modify membership criteria or privileges at any time.
3. Donations
Our community is supported through voluntary donations. Donations are not required for membership and do not influence your level or standing within the community.
- Donations are non-refundable.
- Donations do not imply a commercial relationship.
- We are not registered as a charity outside India unless stated otherwise.
If you are donating from a jurisdiction outside India (e.g., USA or EU), please consult your local tax advisor regarding any implications.
4. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold our community guidelines, which emphasize respect, non-judgment, humility, and a sincere intention to learn and grow spiritually.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Disrespect, harassment, or abuse of any member or teacher
- Proselytizing, political campaigning, or commercial promotion
- Use of content for unauthorized purposes (e.g., resale, plagiarism)
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community.
5. Content Usage
All content shared on the website, including but not limited to teachings, texts, audio, video, and community discussions, is the intellectual property of the Community or its respective authors.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without written permission
- Modify or create derivative works based on our content
- Use content for commercial or promotional purposes
You may:
- Share publicly posted quotes or teachings with appropriate credit and link to the original source
- Use personal notes and reflections for your private study
6. Privacy and Data
We collect and store basic user information such as name, email address, and preferences solely for community engagement and updates.

The Community and its volunteers, teachers, or contributors are not liable for:

- Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
Participation in satsangas, discussions, any spiritual practices or events is voluntary and should not be considered a substitute for professional, legal, psychological, or medical advice.
8. Group Travel, Temple Visits, and Pilgrimages
From time to time, the Community may organize spiritual trips, temple visits, yatras, or pilgrimages within India or abroad. Participation in such events is entirely voluntary and subject to the following conditions:
a. Voluntary Participation
By joining any group travel organized by the Community, you agree that your participation is voluntary, and you assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and conduct during the event.
b. Travel Costs and Donations
- Travel costs, accommodation, food, and other logistics may be organized through third-party service providers.
- Any contribution made toward travel expenses is a voluntary donation, non-refundable, and not a commercial transaction.
- Participation does not entitle you to a guaranteed experience, as schedules and conditions may vary due to local or spiritual reasons.
c. Health and Fitness
Participants must ensure they are physically fit and mentally prepared for travel, which may include walking long distances, staying in basic accommodations, or adapting to different climates and cultures. We are not responsible for medical needs or emergencies during such trips.
d. Liability Disclaimer
The Community and its volunteers, organizers, or spiritual guides do not accept liability for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Travel delays, cancellations, or changes
- Acts of nature, local authorities, or external vendors
Participants are encouraged to obtain personal travel or health insurance as needed.
e. Conduct During Travel
Participants must uphold the community’s Code of Conduct during all group travel activities. This includes:
- Respect for local customs, fellow travelers, and temple rules
- Abstaining from disruptive behavior or substance abuse
- Following instructions from appointed organizers or guides
Violation of conduct rules may result in exclusion from current or future trips.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. However, if you access the website from outside India, you agree to comply with all local laws in your jurisdiction.
For disputes arising from or related to this site, the courts of Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website or participation in the community indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
